Mailer · for the doors that do not open

Nobody home? Mail the estimate.

The rep sends it from the field tool: a one-page letter with the price ranges, their name and number, and a QR code that opens the estimate online.

How it works

From the doorstep to the mailbox

  1. 1

    Nobody home? Mail it

The rep taps it on a saved estimate, at the door or later from their history.

  2. 2

Pick the picture, check the page

They choose the picture of the home, see the letter exactly as it will print, and confirm.

  3. 3

    The homeowner scans the code

The QR code opens their estimate online. Each letter has its own link, and the visits are counted.

On the page

One sheet, everything they need

  • The three price ranges: good, better and best, with what each includes.
  • The home's address and the roof that was measured.
  • The rep's name and number, and how to book an inspection.
  • A QR code and a short link, unique to that letter.
  • Your company's name and your return address.

Good to know

Where it stands

  • Each letter is printed in colour and posted first class. The rep sees where it is and when it is expected to arrive.
  • A company's return address has to be on file first. An owner or admin enters it once, and nothing is mailed without it.
  • It is one letter for one estimate. Mailing a whole street in one go is not built yet.
